Heather and Jason (friends of Ma’ayan and Sean!) had a short and sweet ceremony at San Francisco City Hall with their families present. Heather wore her grandmother’s antique jewelry and her mom put all of the flowers together. After the ceremony, the couple incorporated some of the Jewish wedding traditions with the breaking of the glass and standing beneath the chuppah, which was the prayer shawl (or “tallit”, thanks google!) from Jason’s bar mitzvah. They even incorporated a ring exchange with rings that were handmade by Jason’s father — so beautiful! After the fun at City Hall, the three of us went off together to explore the peak of Tank Hill, a neighborhood park that we had all to ourselves. Not that I really want the word to get out on this place, because wow was it nice to have total freedom in this fantastic spot, but look how pretty! Heather and Jason were familiar with this local spot as they’ve walked through Tank Hill on their way to Twin Peaks. Tank Hill is definitely a great alternative to other more crowded view points in SF. So happy I could share this special day and special place with these cuties!
